As a Certified Life Cycle Celebrant, I am licensed to perform all kinds of ceremonies – vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, celebrations of life or memorials, or even name blessings. In my time serving as a Marriage Commissioner, I performed several vow renewals. Some were very simple renewals at a family dinner while others included costumes, songs and memories of a wedding decades earlier. I am here to help you not only with the writing of the ceremony but also to help you create new memories of a relationship that has carried on through the years.
We often struggle with how best to remember those who have passed. I feel so strongly that each family needs to make a decision that they are most comfortable with. I am here to help you create a ceremony that helps you to remember, celebrate and recognize your loved ones in a way that you feel honours them best. We can share stories, include cultural or family traditions, incorporate some favourite poems or music and include family and friends in the ceremony as well.
Welcoming New Additions
An intimate ceremony to celebrate a new member to the family among closest loved ones and friends is a special way to recognize and welcome the newest addition to the family. I can help you to create an element or ritual that includes other participants – a candle lighting, a memory album or a blanket made just for the little one are just a few ideas.
Packages range from $300-$750 and include all meetings and preparation, a keepsake ceremony script and my services to deliver the ceremony. Travel and additional costs may be applicable.
